These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wenpkr platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. Last updated: June 2026.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use any wenpkr service. Age verification may be required at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and any balance forfeited.
Each player is permitted one wenpkr account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances voided.
wenpkr processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are instant. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines set out in Section 7 of these Terms.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus terms are published individually for each promotion. Attempting to abuse bonus structures will result in forfeiture.
Players must not use automated software, exploit bugs, or engage in collusion. wenpkr reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where unfair play is detected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which wenpkr is licensed and operated. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wenpkr platform available at wenpkr.club ("the Platform"), you ("the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the wenpkr Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wenpkr. Use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and use the wenpkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your city and province within Pakistan, as well as any applicable federal laws. wenpkr makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on wenpkr. Opening, operating, or attempting to use multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. wenpkr reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided.
wenpkr may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests or in response to regulatory requirements. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wenpkr account credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wenpkr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wenpkr immediately by contacting support. You are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account security settings.
wenpkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks).
The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. The minimum for bank transfers is Rs 1,000. These limits are subject to change and the current limits are displayed in the Cashier at all times.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your wenpkr wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take between 30 minutes and two business hours depending on the originating institution and time of day. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
You must only deposit funds from payment methods held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. wenpkr reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
wenpkr may offer bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published with each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all wenpkr bonuses:
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within two to four hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
wenpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. wenpkr reserves the right to deduct processing fees from withdrawals in excess of the amounts specified in the Cashier.
All bets placed on wenpkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are published within each game and the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a general rule and a specific rule, the specific rule prevails. wenpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or resulting from a technical fault.
Maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed within the relevant game or market. Minimum bets vary by product and are displayed at the point of placing a bet. wenpkr reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake available to any individual account at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wenpkr Platform:
wenpkr reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to forfeit any balance associated with such account. wenpkr may also report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
All content on the wenpkr Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of wenpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wenpkr.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wenpkr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill.
wenpkr does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wenpkr expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
wenpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be applied permanently or for a defined period.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek assistance from a qualified support organisation. wenpkr will enforce self-exclusion requests promptly and will not market to self-excluded players.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any wenpkr service, you should in the first instance contact the wenpkr customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. wenpkr will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five business days.
If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory body or alternative dispute resolution service as specified by wenpkr's applicable licence conditions. All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wenpkr holds its operating licence.
wenpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, wenpkr will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
